If you want to become a real estate broker, the first step is to obtain a real estate broker pre-license. With the pre-license in hand, you're qualified to find a job with a real estate broker as a salesperson. 

The real estate broker pre-license is the ticket to get in the door of a real estate agency as a salesperson. Additional online real estate courses can help you land the real estate job you desire. 

Communication and Negotiation Skills

Once you have your real estate broker pre-license, the first test of your communication skills is selling yourself as a job candidate to a real estate broker.
